Description:
Cambridge University Press is looking for Customer Service Representatives who will help us establish and manage relationships with our key customer and subscribers worldwide.

The ideal candidate is someone who is emphatic, passionately communicative, a natural problem solver, and has confidence in troubleshooting customer concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Take the extra mile to engage the customers.

Job Qualifications:

No work experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (from any field of study; short course, certificate program; college degree).

Basic computer knowledge including e-mail, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), databases and other systems.

Excellent English communication skills.

Willing to report on night shift; Monday to Friday only.

Compensation and Benefits Package: Highly Competitive Base Pay, Transportation Allowance, Rice Allowance, Above-Standard Night Differential Pay, HMO Coverage up to 3 dependents, Retirement Program
