Hours - Alternating weeks, 5am to 3pm and 10am to 8pm

Purpose of the Role:

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Basildon. You will be based in an office environment dealing with admin duties such as filing, receiving and making phone calls, completing paperwork etc.

You will also be first point of contact at the reception area dealing with visitors and delivery drivers on a daily basis. Whilst greeting them you will have to make sure everyone is booked in and all relevant paperwork is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Good communication to all visitors and drivers

* Careful organisation of your work load

* Good customer relations

* Accurate completion of paperwork

* Cash and cheque handling

* Good customer liaison

* Accuracy with record keeping and filing

* All aspects of Health and Safety

Requirements:

* Previous administration experience is essential

* Previous warehouse experience would be preferred but is not essential
