Office Administrator - Permanent - Full-Time - £17,000-£18,000 per annum

We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to provide administrative support on behalf of our client based in Diss.

Main duties include:

* Data entry

* Booking accommodation

* Processing paperwork

* Sending confidential reports to clients

* Scanning, saving and databasing any post or referrals received

* Obtaining reports from the database weekly

Key competencies:

* Highly developed organisation skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Professional telephone manner

* Team player

* Strong IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
