Technical Author - Near Eye Suffolk, - £ Negotiable salary depending on experience - Temporary on going 3 - 6 months and could lead to permanent - 37.5 hours per week - IMMEDIATE START

Hales Group are seeking an experienced Technical Author to join their successful client located near the Eye, Suffolk area. The main focus of this position is to provide proof reading support. This role is Monday to Friday and hours are 09.00am - 17.00pm.

Main duties will include:

* Proof reading important and sensitive data

* Use of Excel spreadsheets

* Use of Microsoft Word

* Data entry

* Typing up reports and contracts

* Checking and analysing reports

* Completing general administrative tasks such as organising post, minute taking, meeting administration, spreadsheet input and word-processing.

Preferred Skills:

* Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

* Experienced in dealing with sensitive documents

* Experienced in report writing

* Proof reading

* High level of numeracy and literacy

* Excellent interpersonal skills including effective communication with members of the public, external providers and colleagues, along with the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Good IT and Administrative experience

* Strong organisational skills

* Written communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Professional and friendly

* Experience in Microsoft Package

* Possess a confident and professional telephone manner

* Strong administrative skills with proven attention to detail
