Immediate Start

Hales Group are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to work for our successful Client in the Great Yarmouth area. This is an immediate start position for someone keen to get stuck in. Main duties will include:

* Answering telephone and meeting and greeting clients and visitors

* Ensuring orders taken via email and telephone accurately

* Liaising with personnel to ensure correct products are out for delivery or arranged for pick up

* Producing delivery/collection notes as required

* Signing and checking all deliveries, producing purchase orders, invoice reconciliation's to delivery notes

* Maintaining in-house database

* Responsible for setting up and producing invoices

* Maintaining all equipment certification - scanning where necessary and inputting

* Purchasing PPE and other supplies as and when required via purchase order

This is an exciting opportunity to join this Client on an initial temporary period, witch potential of a permanent role being offered on successful completion of temporary contract.
