We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to take on a full-time position supporting pupils with EHCP's, as well as performing general TA duties within a Primary school based in March, Cambridgeshire.

You will be supporting KS2 pupils in your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, and will be expected to monitor and provide constructive feedback to the class teacher on the pupils' progression.

The school itself is large and has adequate areas on site that allow 1:1 sessions to be carried out in a professional and calm environment outside of the classroom also.

Ideal applicants will possess the following attributes:

* Prior experience supporting SEN pupils with EHCP's such as: ASC, MLD, SEMH, HI or VI.

* A 'can do' approach to any given situation or challenge

* The ability to offer 1:1 support as well as small group focussed work sessions

* Exceptional communication and behavioural management skills

* The ability to assess and track progress of pupils

Your role will be vital in the learning development of all the pupils that you support, and it is through this unique position that you can help pupils achieve goals and progress seamlessly through their time in Primary education.
