Description:
Our client, a prestigious, multi-awarding winning Estate Agency are looking for a Sales Negotiator with Administration duties to join their successful team.

The role will involve:

* Successfully negotiate offers

* Drive the business forward by offering great customer service

* Arrange and attend viewings

* Greeting buyers & vendors

* Registering customers

* Matching requirements & arranging viewings

* Calling out new properties

* General Administration duties

The successful applicant will need:

* Minimum 12 months Sales negotiating experience

* Team player

* Ambitious and highly driven

* Own vehicle and clean UK driving licence

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am -1pm

In return, our client can offer a basic salary of £17,000 - £19,000, £26,000 - £28,000 OTE. Mileage allowance (40p) 21 x days holiday plus bank holidays.
