Our client a leading distributor based in Basildon is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.

The successful Sales Administrator will work across all areas of the business with a particular emphasis on providing support to the Sales Team.

The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

* Producing sales documentation to assist the sales team to sell the clients wide range of products

* Support the sales team with day to day administration tasks such as processing sales orders

* Ensuring ongoing development of category, market and competitor knowledge through utilising industry networking software, trade press and physical visits

* Sharing market intelligence with key stakeholders within the business

* Assist in analysing sales data in order to identify sales opportunities

* Ensuring the CRM system is up to date with customer details, meeting reports and email / phone interaction

To be successful in this position you must have:

* Good IT skills - MS Office

* Experience of providing admin support to sales professionals e.g. processing sales orders

* Ability to speak a 2nd language alongside English (e.g. either French, Polish or German)

* Experience of using a CRM would be beneficial
