Description:
This hotel, set within many acres ofparkland and gardens blends elegance and luxury with modern amenities and a focus on traditional hospitality.

Is is within their brigade of 8 current Chefs, that they are seeking for a Sous Chef to join as the property begins an exciting renovation and expansion.

They currently hold 2 AA rosettes fortheir food quality.Their philosophy is based on the premise that taste is everything and simplicity is the key. They work to create delicious dishes with complex flavours – but never at the expense of using fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. The hotel’s kitchen garden is harvested daily for vegetables and salads, while culinary herbs are picked by the gardeners twice a day to meet the chefs’ needs for flavouring and garnishing and in the creation of aromatic oils and vinegars.

As Sous Chef you must be:

- Hardworking and dedicated individual who has an ability and passion to learn and develop

- Experience working in a managment role, able to motivate and run a kitchen in Head Chefs absence

- Experienced in using fresh ingredients, in a busy high volume establishment

- Educated to NVQ 1&2 or equivalent

- Food hygiene certificate
