Description:
We are looking to recruit a temporary to permanent Plumber for a Social Housing Contract covering Peterbrough & Kings Lynn. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Plumber for their contract covering Peterborough & Kings Lynn.

The contract is a Social Housing, Responsive Maintenance contract. You will be required to enter domestic properties and complete day to day maintenance works as they are reported. You will need to be a qualified Plumber as you will predominately be completing Plumbing maintenance works, however, you will be required to complete other tasks such as patch plastering, patch tiling, touching up paintwork etc. You will receive your day to day jobs via a hand held 'PDA'. Whilst you will be based from their offices in Boston, you will be covering Peterborough & Kings Lynn.

You must have a valid CSCS card and your own tools, however, you will be provided with a company van and fuel card. Having an Unvented Water Qualification would also be desirable but not essential

The position is to start ASAP and is a temporary to permanent position. The hourly rate is £15.00 plus Company Van & Fuel card whilst you are temporary with the agency and will revert to an annual salary of £24 - 26k plus company van when you are taken on as a permanent employee.
