Business Development Manager / Field Sales Person

My client is a growing, well established company specialising in design, installation, commissioning and service of security systems.

My client is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager / Sales person who likes to be part of a team and not just a number to cover the Hull, Sheffield, Nottingham, Peterborough and Cambridgeshire area.

The right candidate will ideally have a track record of strategically targeting new business and winning contracts as well as maintaining and developing the Companies existing data base.

You will confidently represent the business whilst focusing on enhancing my clients market position and creating new revenue streams within the Security Systems sector by strategically targeting new business via proactive and intelligent business development. All the time ensuring the client is given the highest possible level of customer service.

You will have a rounded knowledge of the entire sales cycle from generating leads, through to quotation/tendering and closing the sale. You must identify target accounts for new business generation. You will be expected to develop account strategies to maximise sales opportunities. The ability to ensure cost effective use of time through call planning and objective setting is essential.

You must have a Full UK driving licence and at least 3 years proven track record selling within the security sector.

In return my client offers a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 with OTE £50,000+ uncapped.

You will be provided a company car, laptop and mobile phone.
