They are responsible for ensuring the availability and smooth running of our clients’ IT operations, consisting of end-user workstations, servers, hosted applications, LAN/WAN infrastructure and telephony.

Overall Description

They are looking for an exceptional, ambitious, and proven Head of Sales to accelerate new client acquisition and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional working for a Managed Service Provider selling the consultancy and annuity Microsoft, Modern Workplace, Azure proposition to small to medium, and corporate customer segments. This opportunity will offer a competitive salary package, 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare scheme and excellent prospects for career development. 

Sales Manager Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Own opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, adopting a consultative selling approach with clients to understand their business challenges, and provide guidance and consultancy on the right solution that will unlock their organisation potential.

• Manage opportunities through initial opportunity introduction, nurturing and qualifying leads detailed proposal submission commercial negotiation  

• Provide influence and direction on the internal Marketing function to uplift lead generation, brand awareness and corporate reputation

Experience and Knowledge 

• Experience of managing a team

• Experience of working for Managed Service provider focused on new business/client acquisition

• Experience solution selling to the C Suite.

• Good knowledge of current Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure, propositions, licensing models within a Direct/Indirect CSP model

• Good knowledge of selling Managed Services/annuity sales
