Chef De Partie for a beautiful country Bistro specialising in international fine dining

Company Profile:

My client is a fantastic Chef working from a delightful country Gastro Pub Kitchen that has been lovingly restored into a friendly Bistro style restaurant. The Chefs produce all the food from fresh and from original recipes collected from around the world. The Head Chef is no stranger to awards and accolades; he is keen to build a brigade of Chefs that are as passionate about food, flavors and cooking techniques as the rest of the Kitchen.

Responsible for:

Working within a team of 5 Chefs in this recently refurbished top of the range kitchen the Chef De Partie will be expected to remain calm during busy service. However with the option to work straight shifts and at least 2 days per week off it is a post that many Chefs will be interested in.

Assistant Head Chef and Sous Chef in gaining Michelin and AA Rosette Recognition.

Plan ahead for your section and assist Commis Chef with Mie En Place.

Bring ideas and creativity to the menu and food preparation.

Cooking all food from fresh – full recipes and guidance are available but it is essential you are passionate about flavors and techniques.
