Description:
Our client based in Haverhill require a Service Coordinator to provide support to Partners, Customers and Internal departments. You will be required to log and solve software and hardware faults to the agreed customers SLA's, processing the information accurately and efficiently. You will also be required to keep customers up to date and check logging system and identify issues, communicate effectively to both internal and external customers, diagnose problems and remotely fix where possible and work to deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a call centre environment, together with remote desktop allocations and data processing. You will also have excellent telephone, typing and general administration skills and be able to work independently or as part of a busy team. For further information please contact Louise.
