An expanding recruitment company that specialises in the supply of temporary and permanent staff to the construction, industrial and driving industries is seeking a Recruitment /Bookings Administrator to join its team . As the Recruitment Administrator your duties will include:

- Responsible for locating , recruiting and interviewing potential candidates

- Speaking with Clients to understand the skills needed for the vacancies

- This position will possibly work towards doing the payroll for the candidates ( at a later stage )

- Updating the data base

- Emailing payslips

- Handling all enquiries

- Maintaining administrative systems

- Formatting documentation

- Advertising positions and dealing with the response

To be a successful Recruitment/ bookings Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

- IT literate

- English and Maths GCSEs preferable with passes A-C .
