RWe are looking for a strong Administration Assistant to join our clients growing team in Colchester. We are seeking an experienced candidate with previous administration experience.

Daily duties will include, Updating internal systems, order processing, updating spreadsheets and answering incoming calls.

The Role:

Updating and maintaining various systems.

Assisting with a variety of day-to-day administration tasks

This role will include liaising with customers, internal & external colleagues, whether face-to-face, via phone or email to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Accurately enter and update databases

Logging complaints

To ensure all Sales office related paperwork is organised and archived (filing & shredding.)

The Person:

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

The successful applicant must be able to participate actively in a team environment, and contribute to the overall culture of continuous improvement within the Organisation.

Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Good working knowledge of IT and Microsoft packages, especially Excel (Basic level = minimum)

Have a good level of co-operation and teamwork skills.

The Benefits:

£7.38 - £9.00 per hour depending on experience.
