Assistant Quantity Surveyor - The Client

Private Developer based Essex who is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their team. The company builds traditional, timber frame and high-rise homes across Essex, London and Kent; and are looking to complete approx 450 homes for 2018.

4 sites at present growing to 8 by Spring 2018. Projects are interesting sites with no standard designs.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Team Role

You will be joining a growing team of Junior and Senior Surveyors based in a central Essex office with occasional site visits. As an Assistant, you will work alongside more experienced team members to procure packages of work on several projects at once.The team is very experienced and knowledgeable, our client offers a great opportunity for the successful applicant to further develop their career.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The company have an excellent reputation as a progressive and supportive employer and will consider funding day release for applicants who are currently studying or looking to study in the near future.

Our client is ideally looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, however, would consider a trainee who is ambitious and willing to be mentored
