Due to our client continued growth we have several opportunities for a motivated and customer focussed Claims Handler to join their Motor team in Colchester, Essex.

The Motor Team operates across a purpose-built defendant motor claims IT system, fully integrated into the group systems enabling true cross class capability.

The team’s motor claims expertise, purpose built online claims handling system, workflows & MI enables them to provide true end-to end claims management on behalf of leading MGA’s, insurers and fleets.

We are looking for people who want to join an award-winning Company who strongly believes in investing and developing in their people.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in Motor Insurance claims and have solid understanding of the principles of insurance and the Road Traffic Act, with the ability to apply it to motor incidents and liability within the UK.

You will be an excellent communicator with a proactive approach to solving customer problems. With fantastic time management skills, you will able to prioritise effectively and remain focused when carrying out conflicting demands.
