Housing Contractor Essex/ East London Corridor

£45-55k DOE

Our client are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector to be based out of their head office in Essex/ East London corridor with extensive travel to sites as role dictates.

Our client seeks a quality inspector who can demonstrate a stable work history in the role of quality Inspector or possibly Customer Care Manager or Warranty Manager.

The successful applicant will be required to plan and carry out site quality inspections and compliance checks of recently completed and in progress building works.

The successful Quality Inspector will also liaise with and advise the operational teams at site and in the head office regarding compliance with the employer’s requirements and with specifications and related construction details regarding the works being undertaken.

In addition, you will also provide inspection reports for each visit and supplement inspection reports with photographs as appropriate, attend and contribute to review meetings of works in progress with the various operational teams and keep up to date with all relevant legislation, regulations and technical documentation and apply to the role accordingly.

It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be qualified either in Architecture or Building Surveying.
