Are you an experienced Senior Finance administrator?

Our client, a well-established and successful distributor based in Basildon is looking for an experience Senior Finance Administrator.

Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to oversee the company's credit control and purchases administration and line manager both purchases, credit personnel and the Finance Clerk on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Head of Finance in the execution of their duties in support of the Managing Director's vision of the company to become more streamlined and competitive

* Line Manage the credit control, purchase ledger and finance personnel within the department on a daily basis ensuring workloads are distributed equally between staff.

* Produce quarterly VAT Return Report for checking by Head of Finance and make monthly VAT payments to HMRC by due date

* Carry out all payroll processes, company pensions and private healthcare administration

* Ensure all sales ledger transactions are processed in accordance with the accounting timetable in order to complete month end and produce debtors reports

* Reconcile sales ledger accounts


* AAT Qualified

* Experience in managing a team

* Experience in both sales and purchase ledger

* Ability to carry out P11 returns

* Experience in producing VAT returns Reports
