This is a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative junior designer to join our in-house creative team.

You’ll be overflowing with ideas and able to demonstrate near pixel perfect attention to detail, creative design solutions and intelligent decision making. But you are more than just someone who can use the software! You will be a talented creative who can express their ideas across print and digital and this will be demonstrated in your portfolio. You will have good communication skills, a positive approach and be happy to take on any manner of design project. You’ll also want to contribute to the team’s development and bring new ideas to the table.

Whilst you don’t need to be the loudest in the room, you do need to be happy sharing ideas, working with a wide range of people and taking onboard feedback and direction. Although we are part of a large global organisation, we are a close and friendly team who enjoy sharing lunch and coffee together and debate about all things creative.

1-2 years’ experience in a creative design role, this role would also be suitable for a talented graduate

Adobe Creative Cloud programmes including, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat

Able to work at a fast-pace and learn quickly

Great at prioritising tasks

Happy to ask for help and give help to others

Confident talking about your design work and your design process

Strong typographic, design and layout skills

Amazing portfolio of work demonstrating skills in print and digital design


Awareness of Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate or Google Web Designer, Sketch or XD, In Vision

Creating prototypes

User testing

Video editing

Creating animations
