Responsible for:

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef that feels comfortable stepping into a kitchen where the food is cooked from fresh and using local and seasonal produce is vitally important. Confident in your own ability but still keen to learn more you will be able to inspire the junior chefs in this kitchen brigade.

As Head Chef in this busy kitchen brigade you will be expected to work with the Owner in all aspects including staff rota, stock taking, product ordering, costing and menu design.

This role will include a mixture of shifts including splits shifts & straight shifts
