My client, a well established hotel and restaurant located in the heart of Colchester, are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their brigade. This modern Restaurant want a Chef de Partie who ideally has a high-level background, is creative and passionate in their cooking and whom is looking to move into a professional kitchen.

The Restaurant has a vibrant feel and can serve up to 70 covers per service and all food is sourced within the area from excellent suppliers. The Menu is Modern British in design and they use locally sourced ingredients, this establishment is known for producing good quality food and service. The successful Chef de Partie must be NVQ or equivalent qualified.

The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will be dynamic, motivated and eager to learn from an experienced and passionate Head Chef. You will ideally be experienced in all sections and have a flair for creating new and exciting dishes using fresh local produce. You will also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar establishment and have a fresh food background.
