An excellent opportunity has arisen to take an active role in the HR Operations Team in their day to day activities including Payroll and Compensation & Benefit administration alongside interesting project work. There will also be the opportunity to support our HR Business Partners and other HR functional specialisms.  

Graduate HR Intern Responsibilities:

Liaising closely with 3rd party Payroll and Benefits providers and assisting in the resolution of issues.Working with Shared Service Centre HR teams to ensure correct payroll and HR operations processes are followed for UK/IEUnderstanding and contributing to compensation & benefits administration and renewals.Assisting in building HR data analytics and providing accurate monthly reporting systemsResolving general payroll issues/queries from employees.To understand and contribute to the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits systems and processes for UK & IrelandTo play a key role in HR projects involving the HR Portal page development, GDPR and other corporate and legislative initiativesTo support increasing digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategyLooking at current HR processes and supporting with process improvementsTo provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilitiesTo learn about our Recruitment strategy and processesThe ideal Graduate HR Intern:

CIPD qualified or hold an academic degree in Human Resources ManagementStrong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially ExcelSAP knowledge is an advantageExceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation and administration skillsGood analytical skills and time managementTeam player with excellent communication skillsAvailable from July 2019 for 12 monthsIf you are looking for your next challenge as our Graduate HR Intern, then we want to hear from you, please click APPLY!
