Facilities/Maintenance Coordinator

Salary: £20,000 Per Annum (negotiable)

Full Time Monday to Friday - Permanent


Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities maintenance coordinator to join their ever-growing team, who deal with planned and reactive maintenance.

Have you had previous experience within a Facilities/Maintenance Coordinator role and are looking to take the next step in your career?

This is a busy buzzy role where you will look after a major account assisting and servicing your client. You will liaise with lots of different end users from Senior Managers to Engineers and subcontractors.

Based in a friendly department working as part of a team, this will suit someone organised with a background in Facilities Maintenance.


* Reacting to facility issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system.

* Monitoring inboxes

* Coordinating Engineers appointments

* Problem solving and working through queries

* Working on planned maintenance

* Checking progress and updating clients

* Producing purchase orders

As you will be allocated an account immediately, we are looking for someone who has recently worked in a reactive maintenance role who is used to coordinating Engineers and Subcontractors and has an understanding of permits of work and risk assessments.
