Role: Spa Therapist

               

Reporting to: Spa Manager

Every member of staff is expected to ensure that the hotel and spa guests comfort, satisfaction and well being is catered for in a friendly, helpful, efficient and personalised manner at all times.General Scope & PurposeTo drive and lead the operational and financial direction of the spa ensuring complete viability of the spa, maximising all opportunities and resources.  To ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectation.Areas of Responsibilities

 

Customer Service:

 

Ensure all queries, complaints, compliments and comments are acknowledged and dealt with courteously, quickly and efficiently.To operate the telephone system, answering it to the company standard, ensuring that all messages are correctly handled and processed immediately.Provide guests and visitors with information on the hotel facilities and local area.To ensure good working relationships with colleagues in the Spa and other departments of the hotel.To assist with any other area of the business, as required.Ensure you adhere to policies and procedures as set out in the staff handbook.
