We have a great opportunity to work as a Support Co-ordinator within our homeless hostel; Tayfen House.

The role of Support Co-ordinator is responsible for the completion of person centered risk assessments and support plans, providing housing related support to customers throughout the supported housing service and promoting independent living.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management of the Support team, working with partners to satisfy our support contract obligations and also taking a lead on managing the Life Skills Programme

The successful candidate will be expected to act professionally at all times, embedding company loyalty and commitment within the team and will be reasonable for providing management on-call to cover all aspects of the service.

Due to the nature of the role involving work with vulnerable members of society, this post is subject to an enhanced disclosure form the Disclosure and Barring Service. (DBS).

A current driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
