Are you bright candidate and looking for a foot in the door to start your career? Adore recruitment is currently looking for a school leaver who is willing to learn in providing an excellent service in a professional office environment.

Duties and responsibilities

* Reception duties to include answering and fielding calls and taking messages

* Greeting visitors & providing refreshments

* Ensuring office areas are kept clean & tidy

* Opening & distributing mail

* Franking outgoing mail & keeping post area tidy

* Practical administration tasks such as filing, posting, delivery, scanning, shredding & photocopying

* Monitoring all office supply levels and ordering in stationary as required

* Support case administrators, managers and directors in carrying out specific case related tasks

* Data entry of case documents as required

* Adhere to statutory compliance and current legislation, best practice and procedures under supervision

* Prepare and maintain excel spread sheets, and providing analysis of data

Skills and requirements

* IT literacy skills (including MS Word and Excel)

* Excellent communication & organisational skills

* Good command of written & spoken English

* Good attention to detail

* Uses own initiative and can work independently

* Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced environment

* Ability to learn quickly

* Polite, professional and courteous at all times

* Confident and helpful telephone manner

* Smart appearance in keeping with a professional office
