Description:
My clients, an independent leading Estate Agency are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator at their thriving branch in Norwich. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a successful team.

Duties will include:

* Greeting buyers & vendors

* Registering customers

* Matching requirements & arranging viewings

* Calling out new properties

* Valuation generation

* Negotiating offers

* Accompanied Viewings

* Sales progressing

The successful candidate will have:

* At least 12 months industry experience working as a sales negotiator

* Hard working attitude

* Ambitious

* Good customer service skills

* Own vehicle and clean driving licence

Hours:

Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm (with a day off in lieu)

In return, our client can offer:

Basic salary £16,000-£20,000 plus commission DOE & 25 Days Holiday
