We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a family-run business based in Lowestoft.

As an exceptional and highly-organised Administrator, you will help support the team with all administration duties by completing the following tasks and duties:

Purchase all raw materials and consumables required for production, including checking prices regularly, managing stock and resolving any shortages quickly Contact customers daily to arrange deliveries A range of steel production admin tasks, for example:Sending out completion certificates to customers Daily tasks such as filing Entering labour hours of the production team Raising invoices for completed deliveries Receiving and receipting in all goods in Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications:

Previous administration experience is highly desirable Competent use of IT and good typing skills Ability to work well under pressure- resilience is key! Confident and proactive, able to take the initiative to resolve issues and hold others accountable Team player who can communicate well and work closely with others Hours: 40 hours per week - 08:00 am - 16:00 pm/ Mon-Fri


Salary of £21,000 (DOE) Company bonus Free lunch every day Free on-site parking
