Description:
As a Branch Operations Administrator you will be based in a busy depot. You will be a focal point within the depot for customers and clients who are locally seeking hire and sale solutions. Ensuring a high level of accuracy whilst supporting customers, clients and branch staff. The successful candidate will have experience of the plant or non-mechanical plant hire industry.

Duties Include:

* Provide high levels of customer service at all times

* Managing stock systems and liaising with other depots regarding stock movements

* Assure accuracy on all branch administration

* Answer incoming calls

* Deal with hire desk processes, order processing and scheduling.

* Investigate and resolve customer queries raised direct and via credit control.

* Raise purchase orders and orders to suppliers

* Follow company policies and procedures

* Develop close customer relationships with both new and existing customers and clients.
